10% or $500 deposit, whichever is higher, is fully-refundable if there is no damage to the home and electricity consumption does not exceed average daily consumption of 50 kWh.
Electrical consumption readings from the house meter will be provided upon arrival and check-out.
Security deposit refund will be sent to renter's bank within 2 weeks of departure. |

50% deposit non-refundable, unless house is rented to someone else during the same period.
In that case, 10% of deposit is non-refundable.
However, renter should note that it is difficult to rent the home with just 2 weeks notice. During high season, most people have already rented a home.

Guests allowed to visit, but not spend the night if house is at full occupancy of 12 guests.

Gate keeper will NOT allow people in without their names and passport information on an approved list.
Complete maid service available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Includes making light breakfast.
Renters can negotiate directly with maid for extra service on Tuesday, Thursday and weekends and for cooking meals.

During High Season from 1 December thru mid-March: US$600 / day
During Christmas / New Year: US$800 / day with one (1) week minimum.
During Carnaval (varies each year during a different week in February): US$1,000 / day with one (1) week minimum.
During Low Season: US$400 / day
10% discount if longer than one week stay.
Some offers negotiable based on demand.
Security deposit required. Refunded within 2 weeks of rental if no damage or extra consumption of electricity beyond 50 kWh / day.
Preferred payment method is via wire transfer to owner's bank account.
Payment by credit card possible, if requested.
